Lisa M. Solana-Carter, R.D.H.

Lisa started in the dental field working as a dental assistant in the summer of 1972, and subsequently graduated as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Texas Health Science Center (Dental Branch, School of Dental Hygiene) in 1976. In the early 1980’s, she worked with one of the only dental practices in Houston seeing AIDS patients. In her early career, Lisa worked in private practices until the year of 1989, when she founded The Dental Solution, Inc.
In this capacity, Lisa has helped launch many a dental career by registering 5,500 applicants and servicing over 2,500 dental practices. She has been a member of the the ADHA, TDHA & GHDHS for 40+ years and has exhibited at 32 Star of the South Dental Meetings. Lisa is well known and loved by professionals in the dental industry, and is passionate about the connections she makes. Her goal is to continue expanding TDS for years to come with the help of her only daughter, Camille.

Camille graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 with a B.S. in Environmental Science. She is passionate about the environment, science, digital marketing, art, wellness, and helping people. Growing up, she attended yearly dental conventions with her mom, and got to know The Dental Solution from the inside-out. As she grew older, she began contributing to the company's growth via marketing and hands-on customer relations.
Camille has an extensive background in social media, digital marketing and human resources. Having traveled extensively throughout her life, Camille developed an affinity for diverse cuisines and photography. She combined these interests while in college to start a local food blog, @mealswithcamille. What began as a creative hobby turned into a valuable marketing tool that she uses to build the online presence and influence of local restaurants and businesses via social media management, photography, event coordination, and more.
Camille loves interacting with clients on a daily basis and truly cares about ensuring they are happy with their placements. Today, as a co-owner of The Dental Solution, her mission is to continue facilitating valued connections between practices and professionals throughout Texas. She also seeks to amplify the growth of our valued dental practice partners via social media management and digital design.
Sherry Sanchez
Office Manager & Placement Coordinator

Sherry has been a placement coordinator, customer service liaison, and office manager at The Dental Solution for over 8 years. Sherry's expertise in service information, customer service, customer satisfaction, and practice management is a tremendous asset to our agency!
She attended the University of Houston-Downtown and studied Journalism & Mass Communication. She resides in the Stafford area with her husband Marco, six year old daughter, Scarlett, and three year old twins Mia & Gael. Sherry loves spending her free time with her close-knit family and friends. One of her biggest passions is singing and writing Spanish novels. She also enjoys working out, is skilled at crafting, and loves to read when she finds a quiet moment.
